Beverage Dispense Systems

The Company philosophy is one of innovation and product design that has helped successfully revolutionise the beer dispense market. In 1992 Stanwell Technic Limited developed the potential to support top pressure dispense systems by using a gas driven pump. Further enhancement was achieved by introducing an air compressor to drive the pump, so making a significant saving on expensive gas whilst offering consistent dispense characteristics.

To date, the Company has sold into the beverage market in excess of 7000 Beverage Dispense Systems, incorporating a gas/air driven pump, compressor station and associated ancillary fittings, whilst a simple back up supply and control valve ensures continuity of dispense without interruption.

Multi Keg Changeover System
|
|
A keg changer that automatically switches to a new keg as soon as the current keg becomes empty, therefore ensuring consistent and uninterrupted dispense, glass after glass after glass. The system can be customised to suit installations with up to four dispense points connected to up to three beer kegs. The main unit works, in conjunction with the Stanwell FOB detector, on pump assisted or top pressure keg dispense systems. High volume products can be prepared in advance of a ‘peak’ demand session, ensuring bar staff have uninterrupted dispense capability. Smaller kegs can be used to help overcome any manual handling issues, whilst still maintaining availability of dispense. |

As Rapak’s exclusive distributor we are able to offer bags, boxes and a range of connectors. In addition, the Company is the leading supplier to the UK independent soft drinks manufacturers of Flojet pumps. Stanwell offers a comprehensive equipment refurbishment and spares supply service from our site in Honley , Holmfirth, West Yorkshire. Having a vast selection of spares and accessories in stock at our refurbishment centre means we are able to cover a full range of cellar equipment and meet the demands of our customers quickly and efficiently. All work is carried out to demanding standards and refurbished items are comprehensively performance tested prior to dispatch. Our product range includes an extensive selection of consumables, including John Guest fittings, fixings and fasteners; electrical accessories and python. Stanwell has also manufactured a selection of durable plastic fittings for use in a wide range of fluid handling applications. |
